How does auto-refill work?
When a prescription is part of your plan, refills are billed and shipped automatically, timed to your supply so you don't run out. You can cancel any prescription in one tap in the app, or book an appointment anytime to adjust your Flight Plan.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can book an appointment anytime at no cost to adjust your Flight Plan as your health or goals change.
Are medications included in the membership?
No. Medications are purchased separately and only when clinically appropriate after an evaluation. Members get access to our pharmacy network and transparent medication pricing. Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Can Elixium handle urgent or emergency issues?
No. Elixium is a preventive, diagnostics-first practice—not a primary care replacement and not an urgent or emergency service. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
